.

.
Sunrise tree 2012

the beginning of this harvest.

.
who planted it all--the thought seeds.
.
everything here before we.
earth air water fire sky
stone bone light
bird fish song flower flesh
breath

(lemon sugar bread wine cheese
               avacado ice cream) hands
lips hair love
honey bees drawing dew
language silence
eyes
   (gazing) wisdom
inside us, all the dreams. tasted
seen felt known --before us

creation.
we bow as we breathe
the mystery
.

peace to all who enter here.

Your sunrise tree is glorious. A symbol of strength and gold.
And your words, the way you put them together is golden magic as well,
-thought seeds
-stone bone light
-language silence

after a long week i am here
to 'breathe the mystery' that you share
and i know is there
i just needed reminding.
(I will be back to finish the video
I think I need to take notes, I love it so)

Thanks everyone for coming over.

Roxanne, I love that video. Most of what she says seems common sense--the arch of her delivery style and humor really fascinates me a lot. Plus the second video shows how we are trained (and writing students are taught this too) to expect a tragic moment, or a "drama" around every corner; trained from tv and from the arch of story patterns.

anyway.
Thanks all

Breathing the mystery ... and your beautiful words. I gained so much from watching/ listening to the video. Thanks so much for sharing. I seem to be missing many wonderful posts all over the bloggersphere because I'm following too many blogs. Good posts are falling through the cracks. Glad I came over to check up on you :-)

Hello M, Thank you for your beautiful words. And thank you for sharing this TED talk. I loved it.

I hope you are well, that warm winds sweetly meet you in the mornings of this early spring.

Peace and softness to you. xo

First time in ages that I'm catching up with blogs and as so often here I find exactly what I need. I really needed to hear Brené Brown speak about vulnerability and daring to be who we are. Today. And to read your poem. Thought seeds indeed. Thanks!
