i'd love one with a softer pitch, varied and slowed down; the shadows remind me of freight trains curving old tracks cut into the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

.i love this exchange-- or
How you become me and i
become you--for such a little while.
This video reminds me of Rumi's idea of the salt doll -- "Diving into the ocean deeps, or waving this way from the shore, there's a big secret Rumi has to pass on: At some point, the salt doll hecomes the sea." Duality merges...

I am supposed to be offline most summer or in New England visiting {but/ah../or/is /ahmm am oft on tumblr procrastinating (aka learning)} while simultaneously moodling/creating in the back of my imagination ...

loved the third video...just beautiful...made me think of our gift exchanges through words of kindness and appreciation, shared thoughts and images (and videos) as bloggers. BEautitul! Hey if you are down in southern NH, let me know...I'd love for you to come visit me:-)
well, technically it isn't summer quite yet, so lucky for us you have popped in with these wonderful finds!! thank you for sharing them - each has moved me in it's own way.

dear guru...
Sweet M, have a wonderful (semi)quiet summer. I'll be poppin' in every once in a while, just too see if you're back :o) Same procedure as every year :-)
Will have to check out your tumblr (was on foreign ground visiting. must go back)
Soon relocating the work-me - I have lost the seperater between work and not-work lately, and need to get it back. I'm a glass of oil and water, and for some reason I keep shaking it. Need to be one. and the other. not both at all times.Feels unnatural, and disturbingly uncalm.
Google-bounce is weird. I'm glad it dosn't stop you :-) I so appreciate our e-meets.
Take care and be well. and see you soon :-) xo
Ahhhh, As I watch the first video, I can hear the doves from their nest in a pine close to our home call out to each other, and the sprinkler swings back and forth in front of my open windows, hitting the side of the house in rhythm with the bell sounds of the bottles. I think each holds a spirit. And their shadows are travelers.
The white mountains sound beautiful.
Mandala 1 reminds me of a merry-go-round dream and I love the amber colored glass.
And oh, now that I see the last of the three I almost cry...
thank you for sharing these dear friend from across the states.

the bottles
are beautiful,
Imagine light streaming through all of them.
Oh, amazing! I'd love to sit and watch/listen to the mandalas in person. I especially love the third one; it so poignantly illustrates what can't be put into words... Thank you for sharing these.
Oh! I can't see any of these videos because...my plug-ins are on the flitz! But I wanted to stop by and thank you for your very kind (and articulate) comment this morning. Yes..even a small spot of quiet can change everything and lead us to SELF.
Thanks for popping in and thanks for the videos. Enjoy the summer break!
It was so nice to see your namne again, missed the inspiration from the blog universe and hope to be in a little closer contact again. All is well, hope you too! Love / Bibbi
summer is a hard time to keep up with the blog world.. but like you I also try to stay in some touch and I love to come to your blog posts as they are so poetic.
hi :-) hope you are enjoying summer. And quiet time
:-)
Thought I had left a comment weeks ago when I visited but must have been waylaid. Thoroughly enjoyed the videos. Transfixed by the third and loved the play of light through the glass in the first..... and the sound of church bells :-)
mmmm .. mmmmm .. mmmm for all the uplifting treasure... grazie mille... xo
The musical bottles are wonderful. I love kinetic art where sound, light / reflection/ shadows play a part. Very cool.
thank you dear M ever so much!
hugs and love!
just a little note to say how I love your selections at tumblr.... and thanks for words that linger on...

... but a good woman isn't. Where are you? Are you o.k.? Miss your presence here.
Great videos! I played the bottle ones simultaneously and they sounded amazing together. Love the sweet little bottle exchange story too. Thanks for posting these and for commenting on my blog as well. Happy New Year to you! Cheers!
